📋 Description

•PandaDoc is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Growth within the Monetization Area. •Help define and execute the roadmap for PandaDoc’s monetization strategy. •Lead a product squad dedicated to driving long-term business growth. •Optimize key areas such as pricing and packaging, checkout, upgrade and downgrade flows. •Focus on monetization touchpoints for revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

•5 years of prior experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused or Growth role. •Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is focused on learning as quickly as possible. You should both enjoy and feel confident rolling your sleeves up to own everything from strategy to execution. •Experience running AB tests and disseminating learnings to the rest of the organization. •Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and finding solutions to complex problems. •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
