📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Operations Manager to drive company strategy, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making. • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, structures strategic processes, and drives company-wide initiatives that enhance efficiency, growth, and competitive positioning. • As a bridge between Finance, R&D and the Revenue Team, the person will ensure that product innovation and go-to-market strategies are tightly aligned. • The ideal candidate is a structured thinker and problem solver who can break down complex business challenges, distill insights from large data, and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. • This role requires someone who can drive projects forward with minimal guidance, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure decision-making is rooted in data and business logic. • If you are proactive, execution-focused, and eager to own end-to-end strategic initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Advanced degrees (MBA, Master’s) are a plus • 5+ years of experience in strategic/data-driven role within a technology company, management consulting, or investment banking • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets • 2+ years of proficiency in SQL • Strong problem-solving skills – ability to break down ambiguous problems, apply structured thinking, and develop actionable recommendations • Excellent financial modeling and business analysis skills, with experience using data to drive strategic decisions • Proven ability to influence stakeholders by translating complex data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and advocating for data-driven decisions • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required • Prior experience with Salesforce, ERP/NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems is a plus • Experience in high-growth tech, software, or SaaS organizations is preferred
