• EnergyHub empowers utilities and their customers to create a clean, distributed energy future. • Manage and mentor a small team of Coordinators. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Client support. • Ensure that the Coordinators are effectively assisting in project management tasks. • Maintain consistent and frequent communication with an array of stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7+ years of experience in commercial operations management, or a related field, preferably within the energy sector or an enterprise SaaS organization • Proven experience in managing and developing people • Excellent communication skills; the ability to describe complex and technical topics in an engaging, succinct manner • Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to hit deadlines, and think through risks and dependencies • An analytical, yet creative and curious mind, with a confident approach to analytical work • Ability to build trust in external client relationships • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to the benefits of clients and the long-term vision of an organization
