Description

• Lead the development and optimization of core platform technical capabilities. • Focus on enabling seamless integrations and driving the roadmap for APIs/SDKs. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions. • Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure product success. • Create detailed product requirements, specifications, and use cases. • Prioritize backlog items balancing short-term priorities with strategic goals. • Conduct market research for competitive platform and API capabilities. • Act as main point of contact between stakeholders for platform and API-related initiatives. • Ensure APIs and platform features meet security and compliance standards. • Monitor API usage adhering to SLAs and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on platforms, infrastructure, or APIs. • Strong background in a technical field, such as software engineering, computer science, or IT. • Experience working directly with engineering teams on complex technical projects. • Proficient understanding of API technologies (e.g., REST, GraphQL), cloud services, and platform architecture. • Experience shipping and managing SDKs and their lifecycle. • Familiarity with API management tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) and monitoring systems. • Experience with networking technologies such as VPN, firewalls, AV etc. • Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). • Customer-focused with a keen interest in enhancing developer and user experiences. • Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in a SaaS, API, SDK focused organization. • Understanding of data security practices and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
