Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Salesforce Certified Administrator • Administer and manage user roles, licenses, permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, managed packages and security settings • Design, implement, and maintain automation processes, with a focus on Salesforce Flows • Configure and manage Salesforce settings, including page layouts, record types, custom objects, approval processes, and custom fields • Oversee and manage sandbox environments • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards • Manage and optimize integrations with the Salesforce platform • Conduct data management to ensure high-quality data within Salesforce • Analyze business requirements to design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions • Perform routine system maintenance, including Health Check, Optimizer, Security Reviews, and Release Updates • Provide troubleshooting support and resolve user-reported issues • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with varied teams and departments
