Description

• Your ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction & loyalty and to assist in enhancing the overall customer experience by providing high-quality assistance and support. • You will be in charge of delivering exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication between the company and its clients. • You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing various queries, from technical product questions to payment and subscription-related matters. • This includes promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and education on products or services. • Additionally, the customer support manager will be responsible for monitoring customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement in order to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• French and English fluency is required • You are currently studying in the field of customer relationship, leading management or client experience • You are looking for an internship where you will be hands-on and be a key player in the team. This is not a making coffee / copy internship • Proactive & solution-oriented • Empathetic with great communication skills • Know how to multitask in a constantly evolving environment • Adaptable, focus and attention to detail • Customer oriented in all circumstances • Drive & Problem Solver • Analytical Mind • Growth over Ego • Team Player • Strong desire to create the Wow effect • Strong organization skills • Obsessed with excellence and always seeking to improve your work
