We're looking for the best talent from across the world to help us bring people and brands closer together. • We are looking for a full-time Senior Solutions Consultant EMEA to join our Sales Team with a focus primarily on the EMEA market working in our EMEA Solutions Consulting team. • You will bridge the lines between sales, marketing strategy and technology. You will work with a team of smart professionals to understand our prospective clients’ challenges and opportunities and translate those into the compelling overall solution that parcelLab can deliver. The Solutions Consultant role is the perfect blend for candidates who enjoy bringing together business and technology to deliver valuable outcomes and solutions. • This role is an exciting, fast paced opportunity where no two days are the same and where creativity and problem-solving are encouraged and rewarded. • As a digital first company, we offer greater flexibility in working location. Therefore, you can work from our Munich office or remotely within Europe.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in a solutions consulting or sales engineering (pre-sales) role for a highly-technical product, ideally within a B2B SaaS company • Proven experience closing new business by leveraging a value-based sales methodology (i.e. value message framework, command of the message, Miller-Heiman, etc.) • A deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and retail technologies that support customer experience and/or fulfillment • A strong technical aptitude and knowledge with an appetite to grow and develop quickly • Executive presence and the ability to situationally develop link to the value parcelLab drives within each client’s business • Passionate and confident public speaker that is able to convey complex concepts and points of view to both business & technical audiences • Equal competence and comfort listening to client challenges and opportunities • A curious nature and the ability to probe and question if a professional manner • Able to work under pressure • Legally authorized to work in the location you are applying to work from • Strong written and verbal communication skills - knowledge of German is highly desired. • Nice-to-haves: • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline field, e.g. engineering, computer science; a master's degree is preferable • Experience working knowledge of API’s, JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Experience working in a high-growth/start-up environment • Additional languages always a plus
