Description
• Lead Local Study Teams at the country level • Deliver clinical studies according to agreed resources, budget, and timelines • Ensure accurate site monitoring and documentation archiving • Responsible for study commitments within the country
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualification • At least 1 year experience as a Clinical Trial Leader or Project leader • Minimum 3 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA, SrCRA) or related fields • Experience in oncology trials • Good knowledge of international guidelines ICHGCP and relevant local regulations • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials ahead of time, on budget, and with required quality • Excellent project management skills
