• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. • Lead the development and customization efforts on the Salesforce platform. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure project delivery. • Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure solutions meet defined requirements. • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and propose innovative solutions. • Create and maintain technical documentation for development and customization activities. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of hands-on experience on salesforce administration and development experience. • Experience in leading Salesforce development projects, designing and implementing solutions, and integrating Salesforce with external systems. • Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) software and working knowledge of a relational database design. • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software. • Knowledge of the full sales cycle from lead generation and request for proposal to the contract lifecycle (work orders to changes in scope). • Understanding of incident and problem management in a technology support environment. • Mentor/guide junior team members as needed. • Experience in healthcare, clinical development, or related field preferred.
