• Extensive patient recruitment experience in a global environment together with clinical research experience • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, competent in written and verbal English • Strong presentation, problem solving and creative skills with specific customers • Ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis • Effective time and task management to meet project deliverables • Experience developing timelines and delivering projects on schedule • Experience with developing project timelines, managing multiple projects and delivering projects on schedule while successfully working in a decentralized/remote team environment • Client focused approach to work with the ability to interact professionally with key clients and deliver thoughtful client presentations. • Ability to influence and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to departmental proposal development • Shows commitment to and performs consistently in a high-performance environment • Strong technical acumen with demonstrated proficiency with MS-Office products (i.e Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
