Requirements

• Proactive and flexible attitude • Flexible working hours and ones that align to the needs of the candidate and process • Strong retention rates for roles filled • Experience hiring for roles such as: Account Executives, Account Manager, Solution Engineers, Solutions Architects, Product Marketers, Marketing Managers, Customer Success Managers & other roles across go to market functions in the SaaS space • Proven success and strong relationships formed with past hiring managers & candidates • Experience with LinkedIn recruiter • Comfortability with ATS • Excellent communication skills • Highly organized and possess attention to detail • Comfortability managing candidates and hiring managers in different time zones • Strong interpersonal skills • Adaptability & ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
