Description

•Act as the subject matter authority on International recruiting. •Identify passionate candidates in a player-coach role. •Empower the team to find or build new talent sources. •Drive team to juggle a variety of roles successfully. •Manage job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics development. •Emphasize diversity and inclusivity in hiring. •Iterate on candidate hiring process to improve experiences. •Cultivate senior relationships within community groups.

Requirements

•Proven experience recruiting for International roles and managing a recruiting team. •6+ years experience leading recruiting pods. •Experience creating a strategy for building diverse teams. •Comfortable with ownership and responsibility for work. •Provide an incredible candidate experience. •Data-focused and track pipeline health to manage priorities.
