• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc. • Have the ability to find innovative and new ways to source candidates outside of the typical channels. • Demonstrate a passion for Tech Recruiting and an understanding of the complexities therein. • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding. • Be a true partner to your businesses and provide expert hands-on support. • Work well autonomously and take the lead during the hiring process when needed. • Aim to build current and future pipelines and strengthen strategic relationships within the Polkadot ecosystem.
