🎯 Requirements
• Experience leading and growing teams of 10-20 people or more. • Engineering background, ability to work effectively with protocol engineers. • Project management skills, good stakeholder communication. • Application development experience, you know how to bridge the gap from low-level protocols to make a great higher-level application development experience. • Ability to prioritise and identify the most impactful projects. • Can develop solutions and product ideas from scratch and execute on their creation.
