Description

• Lead a team of providers transforming medical care for chronic conditions • Drive patient growth, experience, client satisfaction, and employee engagement • Serve as liaison for various teams • Evaluate and implement improvements to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Board-certified MD or DO with a focus on functional or integrative medicine • Proven acumen in business, digital and data-focused programs and processes • Demonstrated leadership in transformative primary care initiatives • Passion for working a few hours each week, directly handling patient care • Enthusiastic about cross-functional collaboration and innovative healthcare solutions • Excellent communication skills and a proven experience driving measurable business impact • Deeply experienced leadership of people (at least 5 years) • Experience leading clinical teams to meet SLAs and performance guarantees within B2B and payer contracts, including Value Based Care frameworks.
