• We seek an experienced and dynamic HR/People Leader to oversee all aspects of human resources management. • This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. • Improve employee engagement and satisfaction metrics. • Reduce turnover and improve retention of key talent. • Ensure full compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. • Optimize HR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR management roles • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals • Experience with HR information systems and data analytics • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and programs • Experience in change management and organizational development • Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
