• Seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in the FinTech industry to provide exceptional customer support\n• Resolve inquiries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience\n• Guide customers through the features and functionalities of FinTech products\n• Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, operations, and sales to escalate and resolve complex customer issues\n• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting the FinTech sector\n• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service strategies\n• Uphold company policies and procedures while adhering to compliance and security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred\n• Proven experience (2+ years) in customer service roles within the FinTech industry\n• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, payments, and digital wallets\n• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely\n• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset\n• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools\n• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment\n• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation\n• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
