• Act as a strategic thought partner to the founders, providing insights and recommendations on business priorities. • Oversee and optimize key operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability. • Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment and communication. • Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders, including partners and investors. • Identify and address organizational challenges, driving initiatives for high-performance culture and employee engagement. • Mentor and coach team members for professional growth.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, startups, or other high-pressure environments. • Proven track record of leading and executing complex initiatives. • Structured problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. • Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders across all levels. • Data-driven and precise in leveraging analytical tools for decision-making. • Fluency in German is a plus, but not a requirement.
