📋 Description
• Accountant II requires attention to detail and the ability to be proactive and analytical. • Responsibility for performing daily business activities and reporting related to payments, cash management, billing, and collections. • Involved in monthly invoicing and revenue reconciliations process. • Support the Senior Accountant and finance team with monthly invoicing process. • Help drive the customer collections process for all customers. • Perform month-end closing activities and reconciliations for various accounts. • Work alongside finance team to prepare journal entries and reconcile account balances. • Assist with compliance and audit procedures as necessary. • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving demands.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant experience • Technical accounting background and understanding of US GAAP concepts • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field • CPA Certification a plus • Strong communicator - both written and verbal • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets • Experience in WorkDay, QuickBooks or similar accounting software • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
