• About Pathpoint: Pathpoint is the first fully digital wholesale broker that offers retail insurance agents a simple, fast, and efficient way to submit, quote, bind, and manage small Commercial Property and Casualty E&S products for insureds. • Job Description: Pathpoint is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Analyst to support our Financial Operations Manager in insourcing and optimizing our core finance and accounting processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 Years of Experience: Previous experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field, preferably in an insurance brokerage, large agency, or fast-growth environment. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and processes. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus. • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve processes. • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving existing processes and workflows. • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
