Description

• Pathstream is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build highly scalable solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth. • This is a full-time, salaried position and reports to an Engineering Manager. • The role involves working across the full stack, developing new features, contributing to modernizing core systems, and ensuring application performance and scalability. • Collaboration with product management and design teams is essential, as is participation in code reviews and identifying opportunities for technical improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-stack engineering experience in high-growth environments, ideally within B2B or SaaS companies. • Comfortable working in ambiguity and making data-driven decisions to achieve business metrics. • Highly collaborative, thriving in team environments where you can contribute to the development and success of others. • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in key technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React, Javascript, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS. • Curious or some hands-on experience with GenAI tools and excitement to gain more production experience
