📋 Description

• Responsible for the implementation and support of new and existing program setups at payment networks • Ensures proper network and account set-up for new programs • Completes, submits, and retains necessary documentation and reports • Administers network portals and provisions internal staff • Drives annual network renewal processes • Updates and educates stakeholders on network rules • Contributes in meetings and keeps team informed • Reviews network forms for completeness and accuracy • Updates internal configuration system for network setups • Utilizes internal case system for documentation • Navigates tasks independently • Serves as an experienced resource for team members • Identifies areas of improvement and drives solutions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience • Proficient communication skills • Self-directed and motivated • Expert at critical and adaptive thinking • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Excellent problem-solving skills • High degree of accuracy; detail-oriented
