📋 Description

• IT Support instructor to steward a student-centric, competency-based education experience. • Play a crucial role in facilitating a competency-based learning environment that promotes social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Leverage project management experience to instruct core concepts and skills customized and personalized to student learning. • Provide effective and substantive feedback that promotes mastery of program outcomes. • Foster student learning through innovative, effective teaching practices. • Use technology-based teaching and communication platforms to aid students in the development of competencies. • Collaborate with other professionals within the university to promote a positive, student-centric atmosphere.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree; AND • Three to five years of industry-relevant work experience • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations. • Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends). • Current Industry aligned certification(s) - PMP, CPMP, CAPM, CSM, or CompTIA Project+ • Interdisciplinary background with ability to teach across multiple disciplines aligned programs. • Experience applying social and emotional learning strategies with adult learners.
