• Support the data needs of Trust & Safety teams • Influence multiple Trust & Safety team roadmaps • Develop novel metrics for decision making • Design and evaluate experiments to establish causal relationships • Conduct data analyses and queries to unblock workstreams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science • 2+ years of experience in the Trust & Safety space (Content Safety, Fraud, or Account Integrity) • Experience translating data requests from non-technical partners • Proficient in SQL and Python/R for conducting data analyses • Experience in designing or evaluating experiments • Attention to detail and exemplary work ethic • Growth mindset and desire to improve skills • Excellent communicator
