Requirements

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities. • Proficient in English to communicate effectively within the team. • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse customer inquiries. • Able to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. • Friendly, approachable attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. • Willingness to embrace a remote working arrangement while residing in Greece.
