β€’ Are you interested in working with a leading education technology player? β€’ PeopleCert is looking for French Speaking Customer Service Agents β€’ Responsible for dealing and properly responding to customers’ technical or product enquiries β€’ Customer support services are provided through 3 channels: chat, phone, or e-mails. β€’ The Customer Service department operates in Athens, Greece with rotating shifts, 24/7/365. β€’ Monitor, delegate and answer all queues from inbound requests. β€’ Work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree at any discipline would be appreciated β€’ Prior experience in similar position / function would be considered a plus β€’ Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level certification desired) and French (C2/ native) β€’ Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment β€’ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills β€’ Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus β€’ Ability to work in rotating shifts (including some nightshifts per month)
