Requirements

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills. • Proficient in English, both written and spoken. • Previous experience in customer support is preferred; experience in a remote setting is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • A friendly and professional demeanor that builds rapport with clients. • Ability to work independently in a home office environment. • Willingness to be based in Greece and embrace local culture.
