Description

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a requirement. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus. • A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment.
