Requirements

• Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential. • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly preferred. • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus. • A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to work in an international setting.
