Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or airline sector, is an advantage. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms. • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a keenness to work in an international environment.
