Requirements

• Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in an international or tech-related context. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. • A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for experiencing a new culture. • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
