• Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Support Role that includes a generous relocation package to Greece. • This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and wish to embark on an exciting adventure in a beautiful country while working for a prestigious company. • As a customer support representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure their experience is smooth and enjoyable. • If you speak French fluently and are ready for a new adventure, we want to hear from you! • Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding various services. • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions. • Educate clients about available services and assist them in navigating the company’s offerings. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred. • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture. • Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
