Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. • Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a remote environment. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively. • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous. • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends when required.
