Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment for a remote Italian Speaking Customer Service role for an International Airline. Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients. Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, flight schedules, and baggage handling. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally. Offer support via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery. Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions.

Requirements

Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (both written and spoken). Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively. Familiarity with airline operations and travel logistics is a plus. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
