β€’ Engage with Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing exceptional service related to our products and services. β€’ Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. β€’ Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction. β€’ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist customers accurately. β€’ Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to keep precise records. β€’ Work collaboratively within a team to enhance customer service quality and share knowledge. β€’ Participate in training and development sessions to continually improve service skills. β€’ Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and overall customer experience.

Requirements

β€’ Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach. β€’ Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. β€’ Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in an international or tech-related context. β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. β€’ A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for experiencing a new culture. β€’ Willingness to relocate to Greece.
