Requirements

• Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required. • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions. • Experience in customer service, particularly in the IT industry, is preferred. • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage. • A proactive mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm for new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
