• Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP as a Czech Speaking Technical Support Specialist in Athens, Greece! • Assist Czech-speaking customers with various technical inquiries. • Develop skills in a collaborative environment. • Provide outstanding technical support through phone, email, and chat. • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. • Collaborate with engineering teams for complex challenges. • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system. • Participate in ongoing training. • Gather customer feedback to enhance support and satisfaction. • Assist in onboarding new team members when needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken. • Strong technical aptitude and effective problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Previous experience in technical support or a related field is preferred but not required. • Ability to learn quickly about new technologies and processes. • Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to customer service. • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
