📋 Description
• Provide top-tier customer service to Spanish-speaking airline clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general airline policies. • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting. • Collaborate with team members and airline partners to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Stay informed about airline products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to clients. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
🎯 Requirements
