• Offer outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking users through phone, email, and live chat channels. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account issues, game rules, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers. • Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive gaming experience. • Accurately document customer interactions and issues for reference and quality control. • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-related problems promptly. • Stay informed about gaming regulations, platform updates, and company policies to provide accurate support. • Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality and enhance the customer experience.
🎯 Requirements
