• Deliver high-quality customer support to Finnish-speaking clients. • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. • Provide accurate product information and assist with after-sales inquiries. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet performance objectives. • Contribute insights and recommendations to management regarding customer experiences. • Engage in the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Finnish (native level) and proficient in English. • Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction. • Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus. • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
