• Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients. • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. • Assist customers with product-related queries and after-sales support. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience. • Provide suggestions to management regarding customer insights. • Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (native level) and proficient in English. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer focus. • Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g., CRM systems). • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
