Description

β€’ Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. β€’ Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. β€’ Manage and maintain customer accounts and databases accurately. β€’ Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their experience. β€’ Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets. β€’ Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately. β€’ Stay updated on product knowledge and service enhancements to better assist customers.

Requirements

β€’ Fluency in Slovak and proficiency in English, both written and spoken. β€’ Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts amicably. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction software is an advantage. β€’ Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
