β’ Fluency in Slovak and proficiency in English, both written and spoken. β’ Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts amicably. β’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β’ Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction software is an advantage. β’ Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
