Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken • No prior experience required; training will be provided • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to learn and develop new skills • Caring and patient attitude towards customers • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment • Basic computer skills and ability to use customer service software • A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving • Availability to work flexible shifts as required
