Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service • Willingness to relocate to Greece • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
