Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers • Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-oriented mindset • Basic technical skills and comfort with digital tools • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Open to relocation for the duration of the role • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn • Availability to start in a timely manner
