• Remote Customer Service Representative • Location: Thessaloniki / work from home (or a terrace) in Greece • Salary: €1,045,72 (low Greek living costs) • Availability: Full-time (40 hours per week) • Are you ready to take the leap and move to beautiful, sunny Greece? In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service support for one of their major accounts: a company that offers ATM withdrawal, mobile payments, security, travel insurance, mobile theft cover, and fund transfer. • What will you do? Are you ready to combine your passion for customer service with working from sunny Greece? Imagine starting your workday with a sea view, enjoying the pleasant weather, and helping consumers and partners of our client with their inquiries. As a Service Expert, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, chats, and emails, mainly focused on general banking queries, explaining the benefits and differences between the premium membership products, and troubleshooting and guiding the customer with clear communication to the solution. • Work from paradise and make an impact!

Requirements

• You are willing to temporarily move to Greece (at the employer's expense) • You speak Spanish and English • You are a natural problem solver and love multitasking • You can work with targets • You hold an European passport
