• Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients. • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. • Assist customers with their questions and resolve any issues related to products or services. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer interactions. • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery. • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
