• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service • Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software
