Requirements
• Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of Greek is a plus • Proven experience in sales, ideally within real estate or a related sector • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent time management and organizational abilities • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools • A proactive attitude and a passion for the real estate market • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
