Description

• Customer Care Representative will be the primary contact group for incoming customer and branch calls. • This position works frequently within SAP, so previous experience is helpful. • Assist the customer or branch with their request or transfer the call for assistance.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent. • Strong customer orientation with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette with a pleasant and friendly attitude. • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional at building relationships. • Positively contribute to the Financial Shared Services team environment. • Has exceptional organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills and shows a great attention to detail. • Proficient in computer navigation and working with several software programs at the same time. • Demonstrates a commitment to Patterson’s values and professionalism through appropriate conduct at all times. • SAP experience (preferred). • Financial Services experience (preferred).
