Description

• Full-Time, Remote • Proactive and empathetic BDR to help drive client’s mission. • Key role in converting warm leads and fostering client relationships. • Proactively connect with allocated leads through calls, emails, and SMS. • Conduct daily outbound calls to leads and maintain structured follow-up. • Attend and prepare for scheduled demo calls by understanding client needs. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot. • Build trust and rapport with clients and candidates through interactions. • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals with a consultative approach.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of BDR experience, ideally in a healthcare or service-focused environment. • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and empathy. • Fluency in English and Spanish (candidates from LATAM preferred). • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and Google Meet. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
